Jasper Leon Taylor is Youth Pastor of Harvest Temple Church of the Kingdom of God. A native of Hawkinsville, he was educated at Pulaski County Elementary School, Pulaski County Middle School and received a diploma from Hawkinsville High School. He holds a certificate in Aircraft Structure Technology from Middle Georgia Technical College and is currently studying Counseling. Elder Taylor is now a resident of Warner Robbins.

After accepting Christ, Elder Taylor began his Christian service as a Sunday School and Bible Study Teacher. Later, he became a deacon. He has been a Bible teacher for ten years and a preacher for four years.

Elder Taylor's ministry to youth is grounded in his concern for children. He writes, "Truly put your trust in God, in God's word." He has made many promises in his word and I've discovered his promises are true. If there is ever a time to trust the time is now. Find a church that really teaches the word of God. Don't go to a church, just to go to church, put what you learn into practice and meditate on it on a daily basis. Pray on a daily basis. Whatever you ask God for, expect him to do it. Whatever life you live, make sure it corresponds with the word of God. Make sure you love the Lord with all your heart, mind, and soul. "Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the Lord your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the Lord your God with all your Heart and with all your Soul." Deuteronomy 13:3
